• Account details: email address and, if you add one, a display name.
• Assessment answers and training data: goals, experience, workouts, sets, reps, weights and check-ins.
• Optional progress photos, stored privately and visible only to your account.
• Billing records from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic product analytics such as pages visited and key funnel steps.

To create and adapt your training plan, show your progress, run the AI coach, provide support, process payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

• Essential — keep you signed in, remember your consent choice and secure checkout. These are always active.
• Analytics — anonymous usage measurement so we can improve the product. Only set when you accept all.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your plan, training logs and photos.

We keep your data while your account is active, plus the period required for legal and accounting duties. We rely on trusted processors for hosting, database and authentication, AI plan generation, payments and transactional email, each bound by data-processing terms.

If this policy changes materially we will highlight it in the app. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies.
